The Problem Board is a board of open research problems for the Georgia Institute of Technology research community. Anyone approved can pose a problem and anyone approved can claim a solution — they are not different kinds of member. Work done with AI assistance is welcome, and is disclosed on the page.

Three things to know before you ask

1. Approval is by hand. A person reads every request, so access is not instant. You will hear back by email.
2. Contributions carry your real name. Problems, claims, and discussion are all attributed. There are no pseudonyms here.
3. Anything on a public problem is visible to the world under that name. Problems start visible to members only. A submitter can ask for one to be published, and an admin decides. Once it is public, so is every claim and comment on it.
